Are you a band leader, orchestra conductor, or in any position of leadership where you have to deal with drummers or percussionists? There seems to be several areas where you may find Groovin' to the Music very useful. One area would be that of reading. Many times students of percussion and drums simply are not developed as readers. They seem to get away with not growing in this area and think playing by ear is acceptable. It isn't acceptable, however, especially when a great piece of music is to be performed.
